Rapport

Rapport is a first of its kind work-relationship tool. It's based on the observation that people experience more diversity at the workplace than they do at home or in their friend groups, but rarely are we provided the tools that bridge gaps and help form stronger bonds. The product experience supplements one-on-one meetings with information that helps each person show up authentically. At the organizational level, it allows teams to measure the health of relationships amongst their people.

We were closely involved in every step of taking this product from zero to one—from naming and branding to product strategy, and right through design and development to launch. The brand plays on four components of building healthy relationships: trust, empathy, connection and tension. We collaborated with renowned illustration duo, Cachete Jack, to personify these building blocks.

We delivered efficient user flows designed for the busy knowledge worker—because really, who needs more tasks on their plate? The custom UI was carefully scrutinized to keep it from being too obtrusive. The result is an experience that provides just-in-time context with just-enough detail.

Partner shows up to a project in ways that show they really care. We began our work together with just an idea for the product we wanted to build. We’ve since navigated nearly every step of the startup cycle together—from naming to branding, UX research to UI design, and technical discovery to a fully built web app. They put their hand up to assist in any way they can and have set a new bar for communication and collaboration.
